India against Covid-19

Image
Yes, India doesn't have enough ventilators and ICU beds for everyone. We are highly populated country and the resources we have are not enough for everyone. But we are trying as a nation to save people from virus. We never faced this kind of situation before so it is a tough task for everyone. Front liners are doing everything they can since one year. Corona has spread this far because of our negligence. Because we actually thought that we don't have threat from corona virus and resumed back to our normal lives. We followed all the protocols, yet we are attacked again by Covid -19 silently. Before we could do anything, the loss has happened. For any government it is highly impossible to contain virus in highly populated country like ours. So i want to remind everyone that this is not the time to blame any one of them. But it is the time to become little responsible and do whatever is in our hands. Help is on the way, but anything and everything will work when there is less cont...

Do you treat your sons and daughters equally ?

Image
When parents always warn their daughters not to walk on road at midnights, why the same parents don't tell their sons to stay indoors at night ? When parents want girls to dress neatly covering all the body parts, why the same parents don't teach their boys not to stare at any girl's body ? When parents  train their daughters to be good wives to their future husbands, then why can't the same parents teach their sons to be a good husbands to their future wives ? When mothers ask their daughters to be silent when their husbands raise their hand on them, why can't the same mother teach some sense to her son from the beginning and tell him never to raise hand on women, never to abuse his wife ? After seeing so many broken families around i have few questions to the entire world, Who the hell in the world gave power to a man to raise his hand freely on his woman ? Which school taught this to men? Or which university is offering a course to men about how to harass their w...

Books which inspired me !

Image
You all know I'm a bibliophile and bookworm. I fell in love with books when I was young as my mom and grandparents used to tell me bedtime stories. That's when I was fascinated with the stories and started finding more stories. Then I asked my mom where can I find more stories. She said books. First I began reading my next year's academic books in advance during most of my summer vacations. So that made me know all the things about the subjects before the teacher explains them to the class. That's how It all started, slowly I moved to novels and other books, and that one hobby and passion changed my life completely, and finally, I'm a published author now. So I was thinking about what to write today and I felt nothing would be better than writing about books. Reading has been my biggest passion for the past two decades. I have started reading every piece of paper which came my way. I read magazines, newspapers, and Various books. And the list of my favorite books is...

Vizag Day 2 Part 1

Image
So the next day began with a yummy breakfast. I told mom about the plan for the day. I actually don't have a habit of taking a guide whenever I visit any new place. I will just research about the place on my own and i mark the locations which i want to visit. Google and uber always helps me to understand the distance between locations. I find it more adventurous going to a new place without knowing anyone there, without any guide, exploring the city, knowing their culture and tradition from the city itself, talking to the local people . That kinda gives me a kick and I feel free and independent. So based upon my research we can actually divide Vizag city into two parts. I was staying in middle of the city near RK beach. If I stand and face towards RK beach on the left side (from last to first ) we have Bheemli beach , then thotlakonda Buddhist monastery, then rushikonda beach, kailasgiri, then zoo, then tenneti park, vuda park, Vishaka museum, aircraft museum, submarine museum. Air...

Vizag Day 1

Image
In last week of January I went to Vizag. It is an amazing experience. This was our first trip after lockdown and I was checking everything again and again to be sure as mom was traveling with me. My friends from Vizag assured me that everything was safe over there and we can travel. And I didn't visit that place before but I always wanted to go there. So i made a list of places i want to visit using google. And I used uber to track the distance between all the locations. I booked A/C sleeper bus tickets on Red bus app. So next morning we did some Shopping and packed our luggage. We boarded our bus at our boarding point and started from Hyderabad at 7pm and reached Vizag on next day around 9:30am. Then we booked an uber and went to the hotel I booked at seethammadhara. But mom didn't liked that hotel so we canceled the booking and booked another room at Sea Rock hotel near RK beach.  This hotel was so good and the hotel staff received us well. We checked into our room and got...

But due to our busy schedules we never got a chance to explore new places. Now we are going together and I can't express how much happy iam. I actually had an option to go to Delhi as one of my friend invited me. And other girl invited me to Pune, we have been friends since long but we haven't met since 3 years. So i thought to go there. We actually planned to do Pawna lake side Camping and visit Lonavala. And there was also other friend who invited me to Andaman. We even planned a cruise to Andaman. But suddenly i got confused. I have this wonderful people in my life who care about me and who love to spend time with me. But it was difficult to choose one place. And I didn't know where to go. I felt that I can't go there leaving mom here alone. So I wanted to go with mom. She can...
